  6. Once your request is accepted, you'll receive a delivery estimate. I'll send you an update at the sketch stage.

  7. Wait for your commission to be completed and enjoy your artwork!

Details

When you commission an artwork, you're not just buying a product; you're participating in the creative process. I like to keep creative freedom for all my illustrations, which means I draw in my style, choose poses, framing, etc. But don't worry, we can discuss your wishes together.

Notes

✔ Subjects I am confident with: girls, fantasy, (kemono/nekomimi, witch, demon, etc…), NSFW sexy or erotic, warm colors, magic, organic environments (forest).

 

✘ Requests likely to be denied: offensive themes, gore, men, child (or aged), hardcore R-18, furry, animals, real people, events (mariages, birthday, ...)

Terms of Services

  • Commercial rights allow the use of commissioned art as merch, prints, and for any other commercial purposes as long as they don't involve modifying the product or impacting negatively the artist. Reselling or minting artworks as NFT, for any form of AI is not authorized in any circumstances.
     

    ✦ It consists of x1,5 to more of the original price. *Prices are subject to change over time.

    ✦ Intellectual property and credits will still be held by the artist.

    ✦ The owner of commercial use is still required to give proper credits to the artist while using or exposing the work.

    Types of Commercial Licenses

    ✧ Commercial use license A: For use on products where the art is secondary: Book cover, Key concept art, for media only commercial rights (posts, videos, streams, visuals).

    ✧ Commercial use license B: for use on products where the art is one of the main focus: Merch, reproducing, Selling (Goodies, keychains, Posters, Deskmats, Pillow cover, T-shirt Design, etc).

  • As a Guild Member, you’re welcome to commission personalized artwork from me. Just keep these rules in mind:

    QUICK SUMMARY

    • Commissions are public by default and may be used as part of my Patreon rewards.

    • Personal use only by default. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.

    ✦ 1) Personal Use License (Default)

    By commissioning me, you agree that:

    • The commission is for personal use only.

    • Commissions are strictly not for commercial use (merch, resale, branding, advertising, monetized content, etc.) unless a separate commercial-use agreement has been made.

    • The artwork cannot be reused, transformed, edited, traced, or modified without my consent.

    • I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork. Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright.
       

    ✦ 2) Creative Freedom (Important, before commissioning me)

    Please keep in mind that I like to keep creative freedom for all my illustrations. I always give my best under these conditions.

    • You can absolutely share your wishes, references and preferences (mood, vibe, outfit ideas, etc.).

    • However, I keep full creative control over pose, composition, framing, camera angle, lighting, rendering choices and setting.

    • If you need something extremely specific (exact pose, exact scene, strict constraints), you must tell me before I accept the commission.

    ✦ 3) Edits & Signature

    • No edits without my written permission.

    • All artworks include my discreet signature. It may not be removed, altered, covered, or hidden.

    ✦ 4) Credit & Posting

    • You may post your commission on social media for personal sharing.

    • The commissioner agrees to credit me when sharing the artwork.

    • Tagging is appreciated but not mandatory.

    ✦ 5) Public Privacy (Default) + Patreon Use (Important)

    Commissions are public by default.

    • I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media, portfolio, and to use commissions as promotional material.

    • Commissions may also be included as part of my Patreon rewards (including process posts, bonus versions, and NSFW variations for Patreon).

    • Commissions are not exclusive unless explicitly agreed in advance.

    • I am allowed to stream parts of the process on Twitch and YouTube.
       

    If you require privacy (private commission), it must be discussed before the commission is accepted and will incur an additional fee.

    ✦ 6) Payment

    • Payment is made via PayPal invoice.

    • A minimum of 50% must be paid upfront to confirm the commission.

    • The remaining 50% must be paid before the final HD file is delivered.

    • All payments must be made through PayPal Invoice, and the commissioner is responsible for any PayPal transaction fees.

    • All prices are in USD.

    • Pricing may evolve over time depending on availability and my skill level.

    • Refunds may be requested if the commission has not been started.

    • Once the commission has started, no refunds will be issued.

    DETAILS

    ✦ 9) Waitlist, Priority & Crystanima✱ 

    • I don’t provide a public waitlist.

    • Commissions are handled in the order of request, depending on my availability.

    • I do not commit to a specific date until the commission is officially accepted.

    • Patreon priority is managed through my private system (Crystanima Dashboard✱), accessible with your Patreon ID.

    • Please note: commissions are currently not available through Crystanima, until further notice

    ✦ 10) Right to Decline

    I reserve the right to decline any commission request, for example:

    • due to my schedule,

    • if it does not fit my expectations,

    • or if I’m not confident I can deliver the quality I want.

     

    ✦ 11) Schedule

    • After being contacted, an approximate start date may be given.

    • Once started, delivery time is usually between 5 days and 4 weeks, depending on complexity.
       

    ✦ 12) Process, Previews & Revisions

    • The commissioner can request previews during the process.

    • Edits are only accepted during the sketch stage.

    • Up to 1 revision during the sketching phase is included.

    • Up to 1 minor final revision is included (small details, light effects, slight color adjustments).

    • Major changes and/or extra edits may be charged.

    ✦ 13) Delivery & Files

    • You will receive a full resolution PNG digital file.

    • PSD files are not provided by default.

    • PSD 4K source files may be included only for commercial-use licenses, depending on what we agreed together.

    • No physical item is included.

    • Typical canvas size is around 2800 x 4000 px / 350 dpi (may vary depending on the commission).

    • Characters without references (existing design, character sheet, etc.) may cost more.

    • Creating original characters, accessories, weapons, armor, etc. will cost more.
