The EYRI project is my fantasy world filled with original characters, each with their own unique stories and abilities. It's a testament to my passion for fantasy and anime.
Patreon is a platform where you can support my work by becoming a Guild Member. Depending on the tier you choose, you'll receive different benefits.
Crystanima is a unique currency that I've created. It can be earned through various activities and used to unlock exclusive content and rewards.
Yes, I do accept commissions. You can find more details about my commission model here.
Check Status
I don't provide a public waitlist. Currently, there is only one priority list - in order of request - for patreons in the Crystanima Dashboard✱ accessible with your Patreon ID.

I process the commissions in the order of arrival, when I have free time, I am not committing to any date.
Yes, I accept credit as well as other forms of payment in my store.
SFW stands for Safe For Work, which means the content is suitable for all audiences. NSFW, or Not Safe For Work, refers to content that is intended for mature audiences.

✔ Wait for the rewards :) As soon as you become a patron you don't receive any rewards instantly, they will be sent around the 7th of each next month.

✦ As soon as you become a patron, you don't receive instant rewards. Rewards are sent out on the 7th of each next month via Patreon direct message.

⚠ Only if you are still subscribed when Patreon billing takes place, otherwise you will not be on the list provided to me by Patreon.

✦ Instant rewards are available on my Gumroad.
The packs are more expensive on Gumroad than on Patreon because Patreon has the support and the stability that you bring to me.
This gives me time to prepare everything after finishing all the illustrations for the month:

✦ Finish editing and exporting the videos.
(sometimes there are issues and I have to start rendering again, but I might be bringing in a professional to take care of that part)
✦ Export all variations and versions of HD SFW and NSFW artwork
✦ Organize and clean PSDs
✦ Update Brushes, Script and Color Library when there are new features
✦ Organize and check the packs for each tiers
✦ Upload all the packs on Gumroad and my other online stores (it can be very tedious, especially when it lags)
✦ Send emails to all my patreons without taking the wrong tier :)

It gives enough time for PATREON to collect pledges (between the 1st and the 5th of each month)
✦ From the 7th of each month, You have access to the previous month's rewards on Gumroad.
You have 2 options:
✦ You also have the option of subscribing to "💠HERO (Tier 4)", and above.
This allows you to catch up with 1 previous reward pack for each pledge.
✦ Same as if you missed the deadline on Patreon. ✱ See the answer above
✦ The "💠HERO (Tier 4)", and above. allow to catch up 1 old reward pack, and to obtain a Gumroad discount code / by Term supported.
✦ If you support the 2 Terms of the month, you can catch up with 2 rewards packs

✦ There is no limit to the number of packs you can buy with the Gumroad discount code.

✦ Discounts work across the entire Gumroad store.

What this means for you:
✦ When I send the packs of the month, you will receive a message with the download links. In this message I will ask what pack you'd like to cach-up on.

✦ As soon as I get your message, I will send you a download link.

(✱ I sometimes take a little time to answer you as I rest a bit or work directly on the next illustration after sending packs. I apologize if this happens, and thank you very much for your patience and support)
How it works:
✦ I generally offer about 4 characters per month (2 per term) with or without sets.

✦ Or sometimes, 2 characters are replaced by 1 character development boards + their illustration with more or less detailed rendering, depending on the time of research.
✦ ⚠ The rewards are only in Small Definition preview on the Patreon feed and all my other networks. The HDs are only sent by Patreon message when I send the Packs✱

✦ Please do not distribute or sell my rewards. These are for personal use and non-commercial purposes only.
✦ Aside from just looking at them, you can do whatever you want to them as long as it's not for commercial use or to claim them as your own creations.

✦ Rewards are for personal use only, they are strictly not for commercial-use (merch, resale etc.)
✦ You are free to print the illustration for personal use only.
✦ You cannot transform, edit, trace the illustration or remove my signature.
✦ No sales are possible, I keep the rights regarding selling, copyright and distribution rights for the illustrations.
✦ Reselling or minting artworks as NFT is not authorized in any circumstances.
✦ I in fact appreciate it if you'd use them as your personal decoration or art study. You can print them for yourself, make desktop and mobile wallpapers ... or eat them, whip them to show your dominance, or any other sweetness ...
As long as you don't use them to gain profit on any kind of merchandise as of commercial or charity use or to claim that you're the creator of the contents,

✦ Yes, but the layers will not always be well ordered and you will not see the image as in Photoshop, because Clip Studio Paint doesn't manage the subfolders and filters assigned to folders in the same way.

✦ I use a lot of subfolders as I leave all my layers so that the artists can study my complete process.
✦ HD illustration: Usually around 4000px 350dpi
✦ Photoshop PSD illustration: around 1000 or 1200px
✦ CRYSTANIMA is a Fantasy Virtual Currency (Patreon exclusive) created as a token of gratitude and to fit my EYRI Project Fantasy.

✦ As a Guild (Patreon) member, you will earn Crystanimas each terms (usually 2 per months), and the amount is based on your tier.

✦ Once you have enough you can "spend" them on a special Crystanima store. You can purchase commission, discount or various bonuses from the store.

✦ For more information you can access the crystanima dashboard with your Patreon ID
⚠ WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CRYSTANIMA IF I STOP BEING A PATREON ?
As a non-Patreon member you cannot spend your crystanimas, as you have left the guild (Patreon).
However, your remaining balance of crystanima will be kept for 3 months, should you re-join during that time frame you will be able to spend them.
After the 3 months period has passed, it will reset back to 0, even if you decide to come back.
For signed prints it is only via Patreon with the "💠COLLECTOR (Tier6)"
⚠ I manage the shipping myself, they could be grouped and take a little more time.

✦ You can join us on Discord, we are a quiet community, it's a place to share art, discussions around video games, waifu, vtuber, food, make friends, games, etc.

✦ Once subscribed to Patreon if you have a discord, you will be automatically connected to the Mitsu Guild server, with your own "Zetsu" Patreon role and badge.

GLOSSARY

✱ Tier: The level of support you choose.
✱ Term: Pack of illustrations, there are a maximum of 2 per month.
✱ Term Summary: A Summary of everything in the current Term for each Tier. It is posted a little before the paid post, to inform you.
✱ Waifu War: Character Poll

✱ Paid post: Post (named "Term ###✅") which will validate the end of a term and will register you on the list of rewards for it.
⚠ If you want to get the rewards of a current term, be sure to subscribe (and don't unsubscribe) before this paid post, otherwise you will not be on the patreon list for this term pack, and the rewards will not be able to reach you.

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia: 2–14 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Thus, it will always be the closest facility to your location.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply du􀆟es and taxes to your purchases.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at mitsuart.works@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at mitsuart.works@gmail.com.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at mitsuart.works@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at mitsuart.works@gmail.com!
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at mitsuart.works@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at mitsuart.works@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
